Privacy policy

This page explains what information OutWire Labs collects through outwirelabs.com and what happens to it. If you have a question, email outwirelabs@protonmail.com.
What we collect
- Quote form. Only what you type: your name, email address, and, if you choose to share them, your company, project type, preferred timeline, existing website and project details.
- Email. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
This website does not ask for payment details.
How the quote form works
When you submit the form, your details are sent to Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which forwards them to our email inbox. Web3Forms states that it does not store form submissions, and that its server logs, which may contain personal information, are deleted periodically.
If the form cannot send, your device opens a pre-filled email to us instead. Nothing is sent unless you send that email yourself.
Our email is hosted by Proton Mail.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to your inquiry, discuss your project and prepare a quote, and, if you become a client, to deliver and support your website. We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.
Hosting, analytics and fonts
- Hosting. This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical information about each request, such as your IP address, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
- Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It records details such as the page you viewed, the site that referred you, your browser type and your country. Cloudflare states that it does not use cookies or fingerprinting for this.
- Fonts. The site's typefaces load from Google Fonts. When they load, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking.
Concept projects
The Hollis & Rye and Tern Coffee pages are demonstrations of fictional businesses. They run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into their booking or checkout forms is sent or saved.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep basic records of our work. To ask what we hold about you, email outwirelabs@protonmail.com. If you ask us to delete your messages, we will delete them.
Changes to this policy
If the way this website handles information changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
