Terms and refunds

These terms cover website projects and monthly care plans from OutWire Labs. Every project also gets a written quote with its exact scope and price. If you have a question, email outwirelabs@protonmail.com.

Your project

• Price. The scope and price are agreed in writing before work begins and do not change unless you add to the scope. Additional work, such as extra pages or features, is quoted separately before it starts.
• Payment. 50% to begin the project and 50% upon delivery.
• Revisions. Two rounds of revisions are included.
• After launch. 30 days of complimentary fixes are included.
• Ownership. At handover, your files, logins and domain are transferred to you, with no lock-in. A domain is purchased and owned by you.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. Because you see a preview of your site before paying anything, please make sure you are ready to move forward before you pay the first 50%.

Monthly care plans

Care plans are optional and start after the first 30 days. You can cancel anytime by emailing us.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top. The terms in your written quote apply to your project.
